How to Request a Refund

  • Product name(s)
  • Original proof of purchase or payment confirmation
  • A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for requesting the refund

Refund Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via Email or WhatsApp.
  2. Share your Order Number, Order Confirmation, and Proof of Payment.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request in detail.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  5. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 10–12 working days from the date of approval.
  6. If your request is not approved, our team will provide a detailed explanation.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchase must have been made through the Mazham website.
  • A valid Order Number or Proof of Purchase must be provided.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging (where applicable).

Refund requests that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.


Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Size

The delivered size differs from the size ordered or does not match the measurements provided in our published size chart.

Product Not as Described

The delivered product differs significantly from the product description or images displayed on our website, including differences in design, color, fabric, embroidery, or workmanship.

Incorrect Item Delivered

You received a different product, style, color, or variant than the one ordered.

Manufacturing or Quality Defects

The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue that affects its intended use.

Missing Items or Accessories

Your order is incomplete or essential components required to use or wear the product are missing.

Damaged Product

The product arrives damaged, stained, torn, faded, or otherwise unsuitable for normal use.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be approved in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer where the delivered size matches the order.
  • Minor variations in color due to screen or device display settings.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, or normal wear and tear.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Products returned in a used, washed, altered, or damaged condition.
