At Mazham, every outfit is carefully crafted to ensure exceptional quality. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we're here to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Product name(s)
- Original proof of purchase or order confirmation
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Return Policy
All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If your request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support team via Email or WhatsApp.
- Share your Order Number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and determine whether it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Return the item using a reputable courier service.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your eligible resolution.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Mazham may offer:
- A replacement item
- An exchange
- Store Credit
- A refund (where applicable)
Please note that approved refunds cover the product value only and do not include shipping charges or stitching charges.
If your return request is declined, you will be notified within 5 business days with the reason for the decision.
Return Eligibility
A return may be approved if:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product is incomplete or missing essential components.
- The product significantly differs from what was ordered.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- No longer wanting the product.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Orders cancelled without a product-related issue.
- Customized or Made-to-Order products.
- Orders purchased with special one-time discounts or goodwill discounts.
- Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without original condition.
Mazham reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our return standards.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer Conditional Exchanges only.
Exchanges are available only when the product has:
- A manufacturing defect
- A quality issue
- An incorrect size or item sent by Mazham
- A verified issue approved by our Customer Support team
Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order Number and the issue with supporting photos.
- Tell us which product or size you would like in exchange.
- Once approved, our team will provide exchange instructions.
- Exchange confirmation is generally provided within 24β48 hours.
Non-Eligible Exchanges
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Sale or Clearance items.
- Customized or Made-to-Order products.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, damaged, or improperly handled.
Please note that slight color differences caused by screen settings or normal fabric variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Mazham is not responsible for damage, color fading, shrinkage, or print bleeding caused by improper washing, ironing, or drying.
Important Information
- Returns are considered received only after they arrive at our warehouse.
- Returned products must be shipped through a recognized courier service.
- Store Credit, where issued, will be communicated along with its validity period.
- Refunds for approved returned items are generally processed within 14β45 days, depending on inspection and payment processing timelines.
